As a Trainee Consultant you will become a specialist consultant within either our permanent or interim teams and will require placing candidates in positions across technical, commercial, operations and business development. There will be opportunities to further increase your earning through cross selling and joint venture placements
You will be supported through our training programme, where you will learn 12 new skills to be a successful recruitment consultant all signed off in 12 weeks.
You will be required to deliver a 360 degree service by winning business, sourcing candidates, developing and servicing clients, fillings vacancies, negotiating fees and strategically planning your business.

- Will live in commutable distances to our offices in Birmingham
