Your new role
- Providing central engineering support to internal stakeholders and service teams
- Provide to technical advice for engineering teams based across multiple sites across the UK varying in size
- Drive consistent delivery of technical excellence
- Responsible for the Governance on the contract
- Acting as the point of escalations for any technical issues
- Lead on all contractual and statutory compliance issues.
- Managing internal and external engineering teams
What you'll need to succeed
We are recruiting for a vital contract for the service provider so previous experience within a similar role is crucial. Experience managing a critical environment and contract is highly desirable with a focus on customer experience.
You will hold relevant hard services qualifications with Strong people management skills and managed a technical team previously.
