You will be joining the business at a time of tremendous growth across all divisions of the business who are coming off the back of an extremely successful 2019.
Your new role
This role is to support the Sales Director in delivering growth to the Healthcare division in line with the organisation’s strategy.
- Own all opportunities from cradle to grave and successfully converting into new business
- Ensure all opportunities are aligned with the company’s strategy
- Inspire, direct and cultivate SMEs and the wider team to help drive the sales process
- Driving the top-line sales target as well as the position of the organisation as the preferred supplier to the industry
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need a proven track record in providing bespoke winning solutions to the public sector
- Able to work collaboratively as a team as well as on your own
- Deep understanding of the FM industry
- Ability to ‘hunt’ for new business
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to influence key decision makers
