Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Director who is able to drive and lead a team of people successfully on a bid. You will be reporting directly into the Sales Director acting as one of the lead solutioners for the Services Division. You will need to be a consultative seller designing bespoke holistic bid solutions which support the wider sales. You will typically be dealing with contract in excess of £50m TCV. You will be owning the solutions and driving forward all elements of the bid.
What you'll need to succeed
It is important you understand FM and have a proven track recork in FM sales/bidding environment. You will need to be comfortable meeting with Senior Level Executives and identifying leads and converting them into opportunities. You will be involved in the bidding from cradle to grave so you require excellent organisational and communication skills.
