Job Description

Boden Resource are recruiting for a Soft Services Manager to work for a leading FM service provider on a site based in the Medway region of Kent.

 

Managing a team of 35, you will oversee both self-delivered and subcontracted soft service streams, to ensure they are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and KPIs. On offer is a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus benefits and the opportunity to work for a prestigious FM service provider.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing delivery of all soft services across a combined office and manufacturing site.
  • Ensuring all service costs and expenditure are within budget and carrying out regular service audits at all business units.
  • Complying with all Company and Client policies and procedures, site rules and statutory regulations including Health & Safety, safe working practices, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Ensuring all services are delivering prompt and efficient service of all activities as laid down in the Service Level Agreement, and in accordance with KPIs.
  • Assist with the mobilisation and deployment of new business and site initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisation.



What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and COSHH, with IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent.
  • BICS Level 1 & 2 or equivalent cleaning standard experience
  • Experience of time and attendance / payroll management systems
  • A strong leader with experience in a similar management role
  • Experience of delivering financial targets and ability to analyse results
  • Experience of customer service and in particular customer relationship management
  • Customer and client facing and service delivery focused.
