A family run, luxury residential contractor based in Birmingham are seeking a client facing Site Manager to help run several projects simultaneously across the West Midlands. Over the last 15 years they have helped to build a number of high end extensions, refurbishments, conversions and full renovations in some of the most sought after areas in the West Midlands, such as Solihull, Little Aston, Lapworth, Dorridge, Harbourne, Bournville and more.
The Site Manager must be computer literate and happy to keep all site documents, including Health & Safety documents up to date at all times.
Site Management requirements:
Capable of running 3-10 sites at the same time,
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for managing on site trades and labour and ensure that each site has the right people working there at the right time.
Control of H&S
Must have CSCS
Experience of working on site, as a skilled carpenter, electrician or similar.
