Job Description

A bespoke Development Management consultancy based in the well sought after postcode of South Kensington are seeking an experience Quantity Surveyor who has in-depth experience of working on luxury residential development. Our client works with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, and have helped to build some one of multi million pound schemes across the UK and Europe. 

The company focus on bespoke design and deliver luxury properties for their private clients, whether it be a new build apartment or a cut and carve refurbishment, a one off car show room, a luxury town house or mansion in the country, they ensure that quality is at the forefront of all that they do. 

With their in house expertise and industry contacts they are able to offer a turn key service to their clients and ensure that they remain in control of the entire process. From the initial design meeting, through planning and on site construction they are able to deliver a truly world class experience for their clients. They work with some of the best interior designers to help create unique properties and buildings which are pushing the limits of what can be delivered. 

Quantity surveying requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of luxury residential property developments
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Comfortable of working independently 
  • Client facing
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to personal development
  • Take offs, Valuations, Bills of Quantities
  • Contract Administration
