Leicester

I am currently working with a leader in the provision of FM Services with a soft services background. Responsible for assisting the Account Manager. Implementing and managing Service Improvement Initiatives within the contract ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with all contracted standards & legislation, company policies and procedures such that all company employees, contractors and visitors comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and site policies and procedures.

Support the Account Manager and the PFI Director in the improvement of the delivery of the services such that all aspects of the service delivery are continually monitored, measured and reviewed to ensure that the contract exceeds the operational profit and loss (P & L) budget and the financial targets within the company business plan.  

 

The role:

  •  Manager for a leading FM service Provider
  • Based in Leicester providing soft services
  • Reporting into the Contract Manager delivering services across an education contract
  • Working closely with the client daily and managing the relationship between the client and service provider
  • Ensuring a high level of services is maintained
  • Management of a team
  • P&L and budgetary responsibility for your portfolio
  • Services delivered are cleaning/security/waste management   
  • Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, previous experience needs to be proven
  • Implement and manage Service Improvement initiatives in the following areas
  • Cleaning
  • Premises Management
  • Cultural Change
  • Management Competency

The Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar role with strong FM service provider background
  • Extensive experience in managing the delivery of a TFM contract with strong cleaning background
  • Managed large site-based teams
  • IOSH and other relevant cleaning qualifications
  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Strong and effective communication skills and relevant people management skills
  • Flexibility to work out of hours
  • Experience on a large footfall site a huge advantage
  • Dynamic and organised
