£30000 + car + Package



I am currently looking to recruit a security manager based in the Leeds and Bradford area with a leading FM provider. Accountable for ensuring all buildings are available for work when required by the client and ensuring all required services are delivered across a portfolio of buildings.



The role:

  • Ensuring every building is open when required
  • Responsible training and assisting a team of security personnel across a

geographical portfolio. Ensuring that their team are fully engaged and supported to

deliver a first-class customer experience and achieve daily, weekly and monthly

performance objectives

  • Install a customer focused culture and a right first-time approach at site level to deliver

exceptional standards improving the customer experience

  • Continuously developing self and others to understand the contractual requirements,

identifying trends and implementing plans to improve performance.


  • Key site customer contact
  • Meeting with Customer contacts on a regular basis
  • Safety and security of employees and customers about working and
  • environmental conditions
  • Employee Management
  • Emergency site cover
  • CCTV Management
  • Employee induction, coaching and training
  • Implementation of Initiatives & Projects
  • Deployment Of personnel in line with contractual requirements
  • Patrol and Response Key management
  • Uniform Delivery
  • Assisting the management of additional out of hours work and onsite special measures
  • Maintain contractual and company standards
  • Responsible achieving the deployment SLA’s
  • Maintaining Operational systems information.


The candidate:

  • Frontline SIA License (preferably DS)
  • Operational Deployment experience
  • Self-management
  • Planning and organising
  • Verbal & written Communication skills
  • Desktop IT skills
  • People Management – Grievance, Disciplinary and investigation management experience
  • Teamwork
  • Security and operational systems
  • Quality awareness
  • Customer awareness
  • CCTV Licence.
