Your new role
As a Sector Project Manager you will work closely with the onsite facilities teams as the project expertise within the division this is a standalone role managing your own diary to deliver a mix of refurbs, modifications and small works on a mix of public sector sites. The role will include managing the onsite teams and/ or sub-contractors to make sure project deadlines are met while also working with the specialist in house building solutions team on larger value projects.
This role will require you to liaise with clients and colleagues alike, an in-depth understanding of both hard facilities management and project delivery will be necessary to fulfill this role sufficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have varied project experience and work well on your own as well as part of team, you must also have experience dealing with and upholding client relationships. Professional memberships will be beneficial when applying for this role (MIOCB, MRICS or Prince 2).
