Your new role
As the Regional Facilities Manager you will be managing an experienced hard FM team on a high-profile contract ensuring the contract is effectively adhered to from a TFM point of view. This role will require you to manage a hard services team and sub-contracted soft services teams across 4 sites of commercial office space.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have fantastic communication skills and understanding of delivering a TFM model into commercial office space. The role will involve balancing many stakeholders and being strong in implementing procedure and be driven to deliver innovation where possible.
This position will require a P+L understanding, also in this role it will be key to lead the team confidently and be comfortable in dealing with the client and maintaining and improving the business relationship.
No technical qualifications are required but a proven record of delivering hard services is key.
