A privately owned Cost Management and Project Management consultancy based in Solihull are searching for a Quantity Surveyor with 2- 5 years of Highways experience. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry the company have offices and clients across the UK and Ireland, but their focus is now on the Midlands office and this is where they need the extra Quantity Surveyor.
If you have experience working on Highways for a consultancy or for a main contractor and you are looking to move across to become a PQS, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to do to. As a RICS registered consultancy they expect all of their employees to demonstrate a high level of competence and be comfortable managing large budgets, for their clients.
Quantity Surveying requirements:
- Client management
- A high degree of project delivery
- Management of multiple projects and project teams
- Take Off’s
- Bills of Quantities
- Cost reports
- Final accounts
