£65000 - £70000 + Car + Package
Our clients contract turns over c.£180m per annum, 50% of this is associated with the delivery of Additional Works Service. Most of these works, c. £70m are classed as project schemes and require to be identified, scoped, and processed through a tender and approval process prior to being handed over to the Regional Delivery Teams.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the principle project manager and their team are responsible for the preconstruction process of these ‘Project Schemes’
Our client delivers hard FM services across several military bases and you will work closely with the FM team and the client to develop a pipeline of works which may include refurbishments, fit outs, plant upgrades, installation of new M&E building services and lifecycle works.
The successful PM will Establish and manage the preconstruction team to scope, technically agree with the client, let and achieve client commercial approval works on the Additional Works Programme such they may be delivered by the Regional Teams within predetermined Client financial periods
Minimum of 10 years front line management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field
A general manager with experience of planning complex, multi-site operations
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Good knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO policies and processes
Excellent management skills
Full driving license
Ability and willingness to travel
Degree in a Building/Civil Engineering related discipline or above
