Your new role
As a Project Manager you will work closely with the on-site facilities teams as the project expertise within the division this is a stand-alone role managing your own diary to deliver a mix of refurbishments, modifications and small works on a mix on several government contracts. The role will include managing the on-site teams and/ or sub-contractors to make sure project deadlines are met.
This role will require you to liaise with clients and colleagues alike, an in-depth understanding of both hard facilities management and project delivery will be necessary to fulfil this role sufficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have varied project experience and work well on your own as well as part of team. With a track record of delivering a mix of M&E, Fabric and Life cycle projects.
- Experience with a mix of small works valuing from £20,000 up to around 500,000
- Professional memberships or technical qualifications will be beneficial when applying for this role (MIOCB, MRICS or Prince 2, etc...) but not a requirement.
