Project & Operational Support Administrator




Boden resource have a wonderful opportunity for a Project and Operational support administrator. The ideal candidate will have had previous FM experience within a similar environment.

The Role:


  • Support the Project Management and Operational Delivery Teams with the Central/West Region
  • Support Project team with the Prep of Technical bid submissions
  • Management and processing of day to day documents
  • Track Weekly/Monthly reporting and collate required input
  • Raise project numbers for requests from the Project Manager on in-house systems
  • Uploading of files, quotations, Invoices and key correspondence
  • Managing weekly timesheets
  • General administrative tasks


The Company:


  • A leading service Provider


The Candidate:


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Understanding of Microsoft Project desirable
  • Understanding of In-House Software systems similar to Oracle/Maximo/SharePoint
  • Administrative background – filing, raising PO’s
  • Previous FM experience highly desirable
  • Organised with good time management, able to work well under pressure and prioritisation of work
  • Reliable, punctual and responsible
