Pricing Analyst       

Ireland (home-based with occasional travel around Ireland)

€45,000 – 50,000 plus bonus, commission, pension, 25 days’ holiday

 

Boden Resource are recruiting for a Pricing Analyst to join a leading Facilities Management service provider. This role will be mainly home-based, with occasional travel to client sites or company offices across Ireland. You will be responsible for pricing bids for catering, food and soft service contracts across the Republic of Ireland and identifying areas of commercial opportunity within bids.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the pricing element of soft service bids – including labour loading, analysing reactive work data, etc.
  • Coordinating to meet client needs and timelines in a realistic and cost-effective way. 
  • Developing bid strategy on mid-range to medium complexity bids in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
  • Incorporating Health & Safety processes into bids to ensure the budget allows for safe delivery of services.
  • Identifying potential future savings and increased sales on bids.
  • Contributing to and identifying improvements in the pricing of bid mobilisation and transition.
  • Following company pricing processes and tailoring them to each bid – identifying improvements on the existing pricing model to improve efficiency in future bids.

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of catering and soft FM services.
  • Experience of facilities management delivery or pricing
  • Able to communicate bids and concepts verbally, in writing and using visual presentations
  • Commitment to working flexibly, including travel and extra hours, as required by the business
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to maximise on new opportunities.
  • Able to adapt to change and propose new changes and directions within the business
  • Familiarity with SFG20 and key legislation
