We are working with a leading, Global Facilities Management business to recruit a PMO Manager to be based from Milton Keynes. The PMO will lead the Project Management office, responsible for delivering various fit out, refurbishment, M&E, upgrade and Moves & Changes Projects across


Our client has recently won the contract to deliver a range of FM Services and Projects across a high-profile banking portfolio on a national basis. Services will include Engineering Maintenance, Workspace Management, Moves & changes projects and fit out and refurbishment projects.



The purpose of this role is to provide, implement, govern, and monitor the consistent processes and governance for Project Delivery within the contract aligned to UK Projects Strategy, systems and processes.


  • Support the Strategic & Tactical development / Organic growth for Projects in UK


  • Develop and provide the tools to manage delivery and minimise risks consistently cross various project workstream


  • Implement preferred project management software solution


  • Commercial management & reporting of all Projects aligned to Country / Global Operations Governance


  • To drive change and seek to make improvements in business process and activity




What you will need/requirements:


  • Live within a reasonable commute to Milton Keynes as you will be required to be based from this office
  • Full UK Driving License – travel will be required to other sites
  • Preferably a minimum of 10 years’ experience operating as a Senior Manager Level within the Project environment in the FM Projects industry
  • Demonstrate experience in managing project process and procedure to a value range £25K up to £1Million.
  • Knowledge of key Pre-Construction procedures
  • Demonstrate experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality tender documents to customers
  • Strong experience in Microsoft projects, Windows, spreadsheets etc
