Lift Administrator
3 Months Fixed Term Contract

Day Rate – Very Competitive

 

I am currently recruiting for a Lift Administrator to join a well renowned Facilities Management company to be based in the heart of Westminster

 

This role offers great experience to anyone working within the Facilities sector.

 

Experience with Lift Administration is EXTREMLEY beneficial in securing this role.

 

Primary role is to ensure sites are available for insurance inspections and report on Plant Not Available instances to Supply Chain Manager

  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Doing reporting
  • Ensuring the lifts are in service and don’t go out of service
  • Making sure the lifts are all serviced correctly following company compliance
  • Scheduling all checks for the lifts
  • Ensure lifts are checked and inspected
  • Confirm site inspection availability with all stakeholders – report on non-availability’s to SCM
  • Ensure tracker is updated with insurance report information
  • Ensure tracker is updated with maintenance contractor information
  • Add lift certificates to VX and complete Work Order administration
  • Manage team diary meetings
