I am currently recruiting for a helpdesk operator to join a globally leading Facilities Management and Technical Services management company.
- Answer incoming calls within a certain timeframe
- Log Calls onto Cash system
- Dispatch calls to engineers with accurate details
- Monitor reactive and maintenance performance for each engineering sector to assist in meeting SLA levels.
- Log complaints on the Complaints Database, ensure the complaint is updated regularly and closed within SLA.
- Carry out any other additional duties as required or directed by the Helpdesk Manager or Supervisor.
- Temp to Perm
- Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm
The ideal candidate will have the following
- Experience working within a Facilities Management / customer services environment
- Good oral communication skills
- Confident and able to use initiative
