Your new role
As a Helpdesk & Performance Manager you will work closely within a Facilities Management contract, this role will require you to have specific facilities management experience of managing a helpdesk team. This role will require you to be a customer service specialist liaising with clients and colleagues alike, you will need to be comfortable dealing with anything from having in-depth meeting with the client of the contract to liaising with the on-site teams.
The performance side of the role entails pulling together reports from the CAFM system Maximo to present data on delivery of the FM contract & response times on roles etc.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have held a similar role currently or previously working within a FM environment. You must feel comfortable with setting up and managing a Helpdesk team. You must be easily commutable into central London being mainly office based but potentially with some travel.
You must be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to work in a rewarding and challenging environment.
