Location – Bristol
Salary – 11-13 an hour
The client is looking for a help-desk representative to start ideally in January as a temp to perm.
The role is Monday-Friday and is a full time position.
The help desk representative will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls & e-mails relating to client maintenance work request
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
- Ensure that work requests are issued to the appropriate recipient in the agreed timescales
- Liaising daily with engineers & continually checking attendance, variations and completion of works
