The company focuses on the delivery of Hard & Soft Facilities Management within the public and private sectors, and last year produced revenue in excess of £2 billion.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly to Divisional MD. As the Head of Sales, it is your job to ensure you achieve the agreed financial targets. You will be leading the Account Directors to ensure they are all on target. It is vital you are able to build relationships with C-Level members from a variety of organisations to create leads and a pipeline for your Sales Managers to follow up.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record in a similar senior position within the FM industry. You will need to have excellent negotiation skills with a high level of commercial acumen. You will need to have an influential and persuasive communication style both written and verbal. It is imperative you are able to work at board level and be able to develop senior level relationships.
