£43,000 FTC

 

Boden resource have an exciting opportunity for a Hard Services Manager for a Global FM service Provider. Your role will be to manage a team of M&E and Sub contractors across an education site. Must have relevant hard service qualifications and experience with previous FM service provider background an advantage. Please note that this is a 6-month fixed term contract.

 

Role:

  • Management of hard services across as educational site
  • Act as point of responsibility for all operational and commercial matters relating to hard services
  • Ensure that all SLAs and KPIs are delivered
  • Manage all contract deliverables in accordance with regulatory and stator undertakings
  • Management of sub-contractors and engineers on the site and ensuring the quality of the physical environment and standards of service are delivered
  • Ensure that any complaints are correctly addressed and resolved to the complainant’s satisfaction
  • Provide a strategic approach to asset management by optimizing PPM delivery and adopting good practice principles in relation to asset management
  • Ensure all works are completed to high levels of Stakeholder satisfaction
  • Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs through the development of an agreed unit business plan, budget and accurate forecasting and prepare month-end P&L and reports for clients

Candidate

  • Management experience in construction, property maintenance or related field;
  • A general manager with experience of leading complex, multi-site operations;
  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation;
  • Good knowledge and experience of working within strict ISO 9000 policies and processes;
  • People management experience
  • Excellent skills in developing client relationships and ensuring end user satisfaction.
  • Full driving licence
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
  • Ability to interpret financial and commercial information
  • Can manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to obtain enhanced DBS clearance
