FM Project Manager – Mechanical - Ipswich + Regional Travel - Package – £50-55k + car + package
We are looking for a high calibre M&E Project Manager to join the Projects Division of a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, delivering FM projects to numerous key accounts.
You will need to have extensive experience in the delivery of Mechanical Projects, refurbishments, moves and changes as well as general FM projects. Typical values will be anywhere between £20k - £3m.
Mechanical or electrical qualifications are highly desirable, IOSH/NEBOSH essential and the successful PM will need to be able to travel between Northampton and Ipswich depending on works.
We are looking for a strong Project Manager, able to work autonomously, with a great understanding of the whole projects process from inception to completion as well as being able to price, quote and be involved in bidding for work. You will engage with the client to bring on additional works on any of their UK sites.
Working within a dedicated Account Projects team you will be developing relationships and delivering projects into a Key FM account. You must have experience and be able to demonstrate instances where you have built relationships with clients to win additional works.
Health and Safety knowledge is key as well as strong report writing skills. Contractor management experience is essential as all work is delivered through specialised sub-contractors.
This role will be based from Ipswich, but travel will be required to sites between Northampton and Ipswich.
