FM performance and Data Manager
Westminster London
£45,000 + Car + Package
Boden Resource have an opportunity for a successful FM Performance and Data Manager for a Large Global FM service Provider. The idea candidate will have previous experience with some Operational/Commercial Awareness.
Role:
- Ownership of operational data for the contract, held in the CAFM system (Maximo)
- Accurate performance reporting, producing reports for clients and colleagues
- Business partnering with operational teams to drive continuous performance improvement
- Client KPI reporting, including mitigation of failures where appropriate
- Acting as the bridge between the contract management team and the central Service Desk and IT functions
- Ownership of contract process documents
- Analyse data, provide commentary and present performance to key stakeholders, suggesting actions for improvement
- Monitor and drive improvements in data quality
- The successful candidate will be able to manage a complex workload and multiple stakeholder relationships (this is a client facing role).
- The tasks outlined above highlight key responsibilities but are not exhaustive. The scope of this role is varied and will involve providing support to the Interserve operations team.

The Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role in an outsourced environment and business improvement projects
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management process especially repairs and maintenance
- Good Understand of Commercial and financial processes associated with FM service
- Advanced excel is essential
- Ability to decipher KPI contract measurers and recommend improvements
- Project Management skills – able to maintain simple project plan, updating risks, issues and actions
- Experience with CAFM highly desirable
- Pro-Active, able to work independently and with own initiative
- Well organised and able to carry out complex workload
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experience within a client facing role
- FM service provider background highly desirable
