Your new role
As a Facilities Officer you will work within a small but effective team covering 137 mainly public-sector buildings, mainly based out of Aylesbury 2 days but with regional travel covering Kent and working underneath a manger that pushes progression within the business and personal development
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have TFM experience and a strong understanding of compliance and Health and Safety. Confidence in being client facing while also interacting and managing in house teams and sub-contractors
What you'll get in return
