Facilities Manager – Hard Services




Boden Resource have an exciting role working client side as a Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with hard services and project work. 




  • Management of Hard Services – Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Single site with large footfall
  • Directly reporting into the Operations Director
  • Ensure that all KPIs are delivered
  • Management of sub-contractors on the site and ensuring the quality of the physical environment and standards of service are delivered
  • Management of the existing team which includes: painters, plumbers, M&E and Grounds people
  • Liaise with other divisions across site
  • Manage construction project work across the site throughout the year
  • Manage Health and safety and ensure legal compliance across the site
  • Lead and inspire existing team to deliver high standards




  • Client-Side role




  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Must have managed Hard services looking after a team of M&E staff and Sub contractors
  • FM service background highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills and people management
  • Must have formal technical qualifications such as - Degree/HND or equivalent in Facilities management or construction. IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Strong management and people skills
  • Experience of managing Health and safety and compliance
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Budget experience
  • Managed projects previously within a FM environment
