My client is currently looking for a Facilities Manager who can demonstrate a good work ethic, be passionate about working to ensure the Facilities Department is ran to its best, ensure health and safety is met and ensure Facilities duties are completed to a high standard.
You will manage Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, Handymen, administrators and cleaners.
You will manage and record KPI’s and also update with the Cluster manager on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate will have a facilities background with technical qualifications desired and managerial experience in similar role.
