I am recruiting for an urgent role based near Tunbridge Wells, looking for a regional Facilities Manager, 

Looking to pay between £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience.


Your new company
A global FM provider with a strong presence in both private and public sectors across the UK. Our client manages a range of high profile contracts through out a variety of industries.

Your new role
- Managing TFM, managing around 8 engineers & sub contracted cleaning services
- Covering up to 10 commercial office space sites based between Maidstone & Maresfield 
- No technical qualifications required but experience managing Hard & Soft FM is key 
- Working with an international FM provider on a very prestigious contract 
- The contract has been held for 8 years and has just had an extension of 3 years 

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience managing a self-delivering engineering team 
- Exposure to managing a corporate client & commercial office space 
- Held a similar role for at least 2 years 
- Managed TFM previously
