Facilities Manager




Boden resource have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager working on a large commercial site looking after a TFM contract. Ideal candidate will have previous experience with a focus on hard services an advantage.




  • Experienced Facilities Manager working for large commercial site
  • Ensure that standards are maintained across the sites and coordinate the Maintenance
  • Management of hard and soft services and operatives
  • Managing a team of around 50 staff through 3 direct reports and 5 coordinators
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs on the contract
  • Liaise with Project team for projects delivered on site
  • Management of the Compliance and H&S ensuring the site meets relevant standards
  • Identify and mange any risk in relation to non-compliance
  • Sickness/holidays and performance management of staff





  • Global Service Provider




  • Previous experience within a similar role essential
  • Previous experience managing Hard and soft services with a bias on Hard services high desirable
  • Relevant Hard and Soft services qualifications desirable e.g.  IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Managed a high footfall site with public interaction
  • Key team player and a can-do attitude willing to tackle issues hands on
  • Organised, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Dynamic, proactive with hospitality style approach
