Boden Resource are working with a Global FM Service Provider to recruit a Facilities Manager to manage one of their sites in the Crewe area.
- Managing the quality and compliance of all services delivered, both hard and soft, across the site with a direct team of maintenance, cleaning, catering and grounds staff.
- Controlling and monitoring financial performance including budget management and P&L.
- Acting as sole point of contact for the site level client and establishing strong working relationships.
- Ensuring a safe, compliant working environment and meeting all Health & Safety standards on site.
This role requires an individual with a technical/hard services background, experienced in delivering both hard and soft services. Due to the nature of the services delivered, a qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum. The role involves a high level of financial management, so you will need to have handled budgets and P&L previously.
