£30-35k + Company Vehicle



We are working with a leading FM Service Provider to recruit a Facilities Manager with a Hard FM background to look after a portfolio of Education sites in the Barnsley area.


You will look after the delivery of M&E and building fabric maintenance services to 12 Schools across Barnsley and directly manage the Site Manager on each site.  The FM will also manage a mobile Engineer & Fabric Technician as well as specialist sub-contractors.


A technical mechanical or electrical background is desirable however our client will consider applicants without Mechanical or Electrical qualifications if you are able to demonstrate extensive experience in the delivery of hard services. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing a leading a team.


This role is based from an office in Barnsley with travel required across the 12 local sites – a full UK driving licence is required for this role.
