Your new role
As a Facilities Manager you will work closely within an educational Facilities team ensuring the contract is effectively adhered to on both hard and soft services. This role will require you to liaise with clients and colleagues alike, an in depth understanding of total facilities management will be key.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have experience of managing sub-contractors and you must also have experience dealing with and upholding client relationships. Technical qualifications will be beneficial when applying for this role, but not essential along with a good understanding of providing TFM into an educational facility.
DBS Clearance will be needed for this position
