This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities professional to join a Global FM Service Provider, looking after and delivering TFM Services to a Headquarters site in Milton Keynes.
This role will see the successful candidate splitting their time between a traditional FM role and implementing a Quality system.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience of working with and implementing quality systems and be knowledgeable of ISO9001 / ISO14001.
As the FM you will manage a small onsite team to include: Facilities Coordinator, Administrator and hard/soft Service operatives. You will work closely with your Facilities Coordinator to ensure that service delivery levels are maintained to a high standard across the site whilst building a strong working relationship with the client.
As the Facilities Manager you will be the first point if contact on site for any Facilities related issues. You will also be required to work closely with the client and be involved in the development of additional small/project works.
