We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a Global leader in the provision of FM Services, working on one of their national TFM Accounts.
The role is based from a main Head Office site in the Southampton area with some occasional travel required across 7 other sites included in the contract.
Our client delivers a full range of hard & soft services across this account including; M&E maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, waste management and support services. The FM will manage both a direct team as well as specialist sub-contractors with the large majority of your direct team based at Southampton. You will also manage a monthly P&L account.
We are looking for an individual with experience and exposure to the delivery of both hard and soft service lines. You must also have previously managed or supervised a team and you will ideally live within a 45-minute commute to Southampton as you will need to be at this site regularly.
Other experience required for this role includes; Health & Safety, Compliance, P&L/budget management and the ability to build strong working relationship with clients.
