Job Description

Boden Resource are working with a leading FM services provider who are looking to add an Account Lead to their team on one of their prestigious blue-chip contracts. Managing a team of staff across 2 sites in Dublin, with monthly travel to oversee a satellite site in the UK, you will work closely with the client and act as the sole point of contact for any facilities matters. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of facilities staff across 2 sites in Dublin, with responsibility for soft service lines: cleaning, housekeeping, front of house, pest control.
  • Monthly travel to the UK to oversee the smooth running of a satellite client site.
  • Preparing regular business reviews against contracted SLAs/KPIs and delivering these to the client.
  • Acting as the primary client-side representative, delivering the contract to the agreed SLA and standards, and building strong working relationships with the client.
  • Financial forecasting, planning, and P&L management.
  • Providing strategic leadership to the contract to deliver significant business growth.
  • Ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience in a Senior Facilities Management role overseeing the delivery of soft services.
  • Highly customer focused, with experience in a client-facing Facilities Management role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
  • A background working on blue-chip corporate or technical sites would be highly advantageous.
  • Relevant FM qualifications or membership (e.g. BIFM/IWFM).
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications would be desirable.
