A global Facilities Management provider with a strong presence in both private and public sectors across the UK. Our client manages a range of high profile contracts through out a variety of industries.
Your new role
As a Energy Manager you will work closely within a Facilities Management contract, this role will require you to work with the clients on contract to support with energy saving and spending.
This FM provider offer solutions for clients with reducing carbon foot print & supporting to save money when possible on energy providers etc.
This role will require you to be a customer service specialist liaising with clients and colleagues alike, you will need to be comfortable dealing with anything from having in-depth meeting with the client of the contract to liaising with the on-site teams.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have held a similar role, ideally currently or previously working within a FM sector. You must feel comfortable with dealing with clients day to day & be happy to travel out to sites and not be totally office based.
This role could fit someone looking to step out of an engineering role into a fast growing & dynamic sector
You must be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to work in a rewarding and challenging environment.
Technical qualifications or CIBSE memebership would be beneficial
