Contract Support Coordinator  - Maternity Cover 6 - 12 Months  - Crawley - £ Hourly rate is negotiable 

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Support Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management service providers, working on a prestigious contract in Crawley

Main Responsibilities:

  • PPMS/ Closing Jobs etc using Concept Evolution.
  • Raising Purchase Orders/Invoicing 
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Reports/KPIs
  • Dealing with timesheets
  • Assisting the Contract Manager
  • Dealing with any Maintenance issues
  • Dealing with Engineers and assigning them to jobs/ timesheets etc
  • Concept Evolution/Maximo/CAFM specialists
