Contract Support Coordinator
6 - 8 Week Cover
£ Hourly rate is negotiable
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Support Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management service providers, working on a prestigious contract in Soke On Trent

Main Responsibilities:
- PPMS/ Closing Jobs etc using Concept Evolution.
- Raising Purchase Orders/Invoicing
- Help Desk Experience
- Reports/KPIs
- Dealing with timesheets
- Assisting the Contract Manager
- Dealing with any Maintenance issues
- Dealing with Engineers and assigning them to jobs/ timesheets etc
- Concept Evolution/Maximo/CAFM specialists
