Contract Manager – Hard Services -  FM

£50k - £55k + package

We are looking for technically strong FM Contract Manager for our client, a leading Facilities Management Service provider. You will be managing a key Hard Services Contract in Central London for a Globally recognised Financial company.

 

To be considered for this position it is essential that you hold formal Mechanical or Electrical qualifications and have previous experience of delivering hard FM services within a critical environment.

 

The role:

 

  • Contract Manager for a leading FM Service provider
  • London based heading up a Hard FM contract with a Global Financial company
  • Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance across the site
  • Management of an engineering shift team
  • P&L management and responsibility
  • Working closely with the site-based client
  • Bringing on and Delivering additional/extra works
  • Maintaining first class service delivery whilst bringing in new and innovative methods
  • Able to provide technical advice and guidance to both the client and engineering team
  • Able to act as critical environment expert

  • Leading FM Service provider

 

 

The Candidate:

 

  • Technical background – Mechanical or Electrical qualifications – essential
  • Strong understanding of all M&E building services
  • City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent would be desirable
  • IET 17th edition would be desirable
  • City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
  • Able to act as expert and point of contact for all critical environment and M&E issues
  • Previous experience of managing a P&L account
  • Commercially and financially strong individual
  • Successful track record in developing strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in CAFM, Finance and Intranet HR / Payroll Systems
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
  • Happy to travel in to Central London daily
