Our customer is a well know Facilities Management organisation. They have been delivering services to both public and private sector within the UK for over 30 years and have been responsible for industry changing innovation and advances in technology.
Your new role
We are recruiting for a Contract Director to oversee and manage the delivery of TFM services across a large and complex estate within the East Midlands. Responsibilities include
- Leading and managing a large service team
- Developing senior level stakeholder relationships
- Management of a large P&L
- Identifying commercial opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives and projects
- Initiate best practice standards across the portfolio
- Management of supply chain and specialist vendors
What you'll need to succeed
You must have delivered FM at a senior level and have being responsible for a large budget / P&L (15+). A background managing engineering, hard FM or manufacturing would be highly advantageous. You must be able to develop and build senior level relationships with stakeholders.
