Commercial Director - London based SME Consultancy

An independent London based consultancy who specialise on Residential, Student, Build to Rent and Hotel developments are seeking a Commercial Director to join and build on their offering to clients. With a strong Project Management team, they now wish to add to their Quantity Surveying offering by appointing a Commercial Director in their Central London office. 

The consultancy have helped complete a number of well known developments in London and the South East and in their relatively short time have grown a strong reputation for delivering when it matters. They offer a number of services to their clients such as, Project and Construction Management, Financial advise, Commercial Management, Project Monitoring and more. 

They have an immediate requirement for a Commercial Director who can help deliver a 90 bed student development in Winchester, with a construction value of £11m. 

The Commercial Director requirements:

  • Strong Quantity Surveying experience
  • Contract negotiation experience 
  • Procurement management
  • Construction Management
  • Business development
  • Attract and build on new business
  • Experience of luxury property
  • Manage multi million pound developments
  • MRICS is preferable but not essential

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Director who wants to be held accountable and make a big impact on the future of the company. The head office is based in Central London but the first few months shall require travel to Hampshire.

They are offering a competitive salary in the region of £80,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to receive shares in the business.
