Our client work predominantly across the private and corporate sectors and are a leading business within the UK. Our client is looking for a dynamic, innovative thinking Procurement/Category professional to join their business.
Your new role
As the Category Manager you will predominantly work across our clients hard services contracts within their Facilities Management sector. You will work closely with the UK Procurement Director along with the procurement, operational, commercial and finance teams to ensure the delivery of an effective and strategically successful procurement function. Client, supplier and stakeholder engagement will also be a large part of this role; you can expect a fast paced, rewarding career with considerable room for progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have considerable experience within a procurement/category management role, industry qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory. You must be self-motivating and hardworking, experience working with stakeholders is vital and the ability to work at a strategic level is required.
