Your new role
We are looking for a driven, modern and dynamic Business Development Manager who specialises in Soft services with a focus on Cleaning and Security. You will be required to create a pipeline of leads and convert them into revenue. You will be expected to report into the office at least once a week but in the field the rest of the time. You will be very involved in the solutioning of the Bids, working very closely with the pricing and bidding team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have knowledge of the Facilities Management market and a proven track record of selling Soft Service contracts into new clients. You will need to be able to interact with people from all walks of life no matter how senior or junior the individual. You will need to be able to maintain long term relationships and react quickly to situations you may find yourself in.
