My Client requires an experienced Administrator with excellent organisation skills to Manage a specific account.
The role is Office based in London, Petty France.
You will be required to support the client with maintaining their records, folders and systems and assist in managing the account.
The candidate will need to have good attention to detail and previous Financial administration is desirable.
The following are required from you in the role.
- Manage the appointment of escort resources, maintaining accurate time and cost records within an Excel tracker
- General administration support to the project management office
- Launching and managing project folders
Operating within CEMAR (CAFM package) to tracker work order.
