Accounts Assistant / Account Manager
Part Time – Flexi Hours (3-4 Days A Week)

Perry Barr, Birmingham
£10 - £12 per hour

 

Boden Resource are currently recruiting for an account assistant, working a SME construction company based in Perry Barr

 

This is a standalone role as you will head up all accounts for the business.

  • Managing the sales ledger function
  • To provide cover for the purchase ledger assistant as and when required
  • Preparation of a monthly P&L, balance sheet and cashflow 
  • Dealing with all payroll
  • Responsible for all PO’s and Invoicing
  • Dealing with Suppliers
  • Interest postings and checking intercompany sheet for differences
  • Helping with project reconciliations  
  • Accruals calculation and journal posting
  • Prepayments calculation and journal posting
  • Posting all bank statements
  • Agreement of intercompany balances/ preparation of intercompany matrices
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and analysis of monthly cash movements
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
