Your new role
As the Soft Services Account Manager you will be managing an experienced soft services team on a high-profile contract ensuring the contract is effectively adhered to from a soft FM point of view. This role will require you to manage purely soft services teams across a handful of corporate sites managing cleaning, security & landscaping of commercial office space.
The role offers great flexibility with managing your own diary and working across the number of sites.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have fantastic communication skills and understanding of delivering soft FM into commercial office space. The role will involve balancing many stakeholders and being strong in implementing procedure and be driven to deliver innovation where possible.
This position will require a P+L understanding, also in this role it will be key to lead the team confidently and be comfortable in dealing with the client and maintaining and improving the business relationship.
