Your new company:
We are recruiting for an Account Director to manage a large business unit across the London area, this is a senior level role working for a major name in the out-sourcing sector. Reporting into the divisional MD you will be responsible for all elements of FM delivery across a multi-customer, multiple account sector.
Your new role:
As part of the senior management team you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers, including, commercial, professional services, corporate & light manufacturing. Responsibilities include.
- Developing and leading a growth strategy
- Leading a large service team
- Managing FM delivery across a large customer base
- Identifying commercial opportunities within internal clients and external markets
- Driving a best in class service delivery
- Commercial & financial control
- Identifying innovation and technology projects
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for a driven and professional senior manager, you must be commercially astute and be able to manage multiple customers. It is imperative you can develop and manage customer relationships. A background managing FM at a senior level would be a major advantage.
