Your new role
- Account Director over seeing highly prestigious contract in Central London
- Managing the operations team of roughly 40 with 3 direct reports ensuring a collaborative approach and ensure the service provider’s core values are adhered to
- You shall be responsible for the delivery across the contract ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are in line with the customers’ expectations
- Directly responsible for the appointment of staff along with staff performance and appraisals
- You will be building and developing the existing team to empower them with a sense of purpose
- Managing the P&L and the commercials on the contract
- Overseeing the hard services and all technical delivery on the contract ensuring compliance and H&S
- Managing the projects across the sites and working with the central projects team
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will hold a strong hard service background with relevant qualifications. You will be technically minded with a strong focus on the operations with collaborative approach.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and forward thinking and able to adapt working within a fast-paced environment and engage with new technologies and ideas.
You will be a confident and strong communicator and enjoy supporting and driving a team.
