Your new role
Due to a recent contract win we are recruiting for an experienced and driven Account Director to run a flagship Central London property.
- Managing and leading a large service team
- Ensuring services are delivered in line with customers expectation and agreed contract
- Identifying commercial opportunities and developing contract scope
- Driving innovation projects to increase productivity
- Developing best in class service delivery models
- Management of a large P&L
What you'll need to succeed
A background delivering FM into government, defense or PFI would be a major advantage. You must be commercial astute and be used to managing FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can manage and balance complex stakeholder relationships.
